Turkish Foreign Minister presents solution to Lybian crisis to UN Secretary General

Turkish Foreign Minister Davutoglu met yesterday with NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen. Davutoglu has informed Rasmussen about the Turkish solution to the crisis in Libya. The plan implies holding political talks in order to resolve the Lybian conflict, TRT reports.

The NATO Secretary General, in turn, informed Davutoglu about the details of his talks with Mamoud Jibril - the head of the interim government of Libya. He also touched upon military operations in Libya, held in accordance with the decisions of the UN Security Council.
