Metallurgy factory under construction in Iran's Kerman Province

Kerman Governor Ismail Nedzhar, MP Golyam Reza Kerami and local
authorities have taken part in the foundation of a steel factory in
Kerman Province with an output of 1.5 million tons annually, Iran.ru
reports.

The Director General of the holding for development of the mining
industry in the Middle East, Ali Asgar Purmans, said that the factory
will occupy 450 hectares of land and provide jobs for about a thousand
people.

500 million euros will be invested. It will produce blooms with a
cross-section of 130x130, 150x150 and 180x180.
