Dollar up to 71.05 at Moscow Exchange opening

The dollar to ruble exchange rate increased by 15 kopecks at the Moscow Exchange opening Tuesday to 71.05 rubles.

The euro exchange rate dropped for 1 kopeck to 76.29 rubles.

Meanwhile, the yuan to ruble exchange rate has increased by 1.5 kopecks to 10.434 rubles.
