Russian air security to improve threefold by 2015
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussia has introduced adjustments to the development of civil aviation
for 2015. Financing and air security were reconsidered, RIA Novosti
reports.
Security is planned to improve threefold.
Income from cooperative work will drop from 7.2 billion rubles to 4.9
billion by 2015, servicing of aviation equipment will rise from 3.1
billion to 12 billion rubles.
The financial program of 2006-2015 was adjusted, financing increased
by 10%, to 388.371 billion rubles from 352.922 billion. The federal
budget will provide 225.919 billion rubles, rather than 201.497
billion.
Science and research will receive 190.386 billion rubles rather than
151.183 billion.
Capital investments from the federal budget dropped from 22.789
billion to 15.723 billion. Other expenses dropped from 27.252 billion
rubles to 19.794 billion. Non-budgetary sources are expected to
increase by 7.3%, from 151.425 billion to 162.458 billion rubles.
Russian aviation will purchase about 100-150 units of the RRJ
(SSJ-100) planes. Tu-204CM, Tu-334 and An-148 will also be purchased.
Load-bearing weight will drop to 10-15%, rather than 20%. The lifespan
of new planes will increase by 1.5, not 2-3.
The government will sell 45.1 billion rubles-worth of final product in
2011, 57.3 billion in 2012, 70.4 billion in 2013, 86.9 billion in 2014
and 92 billion in 2015.
