The Armenian parliament said that they reached on some points of a draft peace agreement with Azerbaijan. Yerevan believes that the Karabakh problem should not be mentioned in the document.

Armenia has reached a consensus with Azerbaijan on some points of a draft peace agreement, Armenian parliament speaker Alen Simonyan said at a briefing on Tuesday.

At the same time, the MP refused to go into further detail. He stressed that these are the generally known provisions of international law.

Simonyan also rejected the mention of the Karabakh issue in the peace treaty. In his opinion, Karabakh and Karabakh Armenians shouldn't be mentioned there.
