Georgia has lowest income tax in the South Caucasus

Georgia has the lowest income tax in region. The tax rate in the country is 15 per cent, while in neighboring Armenia and Azerbaijan the figure is 20 per cent, Business Georgia reports.

The RIA Analitika center has published a report on the situation surrounding income tax in Europe.

In Russia the income tax rate is 13 per cent. The highest rate is on Malta (35 per cent) and Belgium (34 per cent). The lowest on Cyprus (10 per cent) and Bulgaria (10 per cent).
