Armenia demands security guarantees for Baku Eurovision

Armenia wants to participate in Eurovision-2012, which will be held in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. But it is demanding serious guarantees of security from the Azerbaijani side and the Union of European Translators are needed,  News.am reports, citing the head of the Armenian Eurovision delegation, Goar Gasparyan.

The deputy minister of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan, Araz Azimov, stated Baku would provide security for Armenian participants, but Gasparyan said such statements were not enough.
