Erdoğan speaks on grain deal benefits

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan assessed the grain deal benefits during today's meeting with the foreign countries ambassadors in Ankara.

The Head of state noted that its implementation helped to prevent the global food crisis.

The Turkish leader also pointed out that the initiative to create a grain corridor in the Black Sea demonstrated that there were preconditions for successful negotiations on other issues, including the situation in Ukraine.

Let us remind you that the grain agreement participants first concluded it in the summer of 2022. In autumn, the initiative was extended for 120 days, and in mid-March it was decided to extend it for another 60 days.
