Deputies from Adygea propose to ban the issuance of microloans without the personal presence of the borrower. This measure will help protect Russians from fraudsters. The corresponding appeal was sent to the State Duma.
The microloans must be issued only with the personal presence of an individual borrower. Such a proposal was put forward by deputies of the Adygeya parliament.
It is expected that the ban on issuing loans online, in the absence of a borrower, will help protect residents of Adygea and other regions from fraudsters. The initiative was sent to the relevant committee of the State Duma.
Today, in order to take a microloan, there is no need to visit a microfinance institution, it is enough to provide an online copy of passport data and enter the code from SMS. This scheme is used by attackers, applying for loans for citizens who have lost their documents, or gathering other people's passport data from databases leaked to the network.
