SOCAR starts drilling new wells in Guneshli field

The maritime Exploration Drilling "Bayil Limani" company belonging to the trust of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has started drilling two new wells in the shallow water Guneshli field in the Azerbaijani area of the Caspian Sea, 1news.az reports with reference to the information of SOCAR.

According to calculations of geologists, the daily production volume of the well number 49 will amount to 25 tons and 200 thousand cubic meters of gas, while the well number 305 is expected to produce 150 tons of oil per day.
