OTS commemorates memory of Heydar Aliyev

The Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has tweeted on occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of Azerbaijan's national leader Heydar Aliyev.

"We respectfully honor the memory of the national leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev," the organization said.
