Memory Lane 2023: Day of Remembrance and Sorrow celebrated in Moscow

The traditional action "Memory Lane" was held in Moscow in the park of arts "Muzeon" on the Day of Remembrance and Sorrow.

1418 candles were lit on the Crimean embankment, corresponding to the number of days of the Great Patriotic War. 

Everyone took part in the action - everyone could light a candle and commemorate the memory of the fallen. The first candle was lit by a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
