Explosion in Iranian steel plant injures 8 workers

Eight people were injured after an explosion shook the Esfarayen Industrial Complex steel plant in northeastern Iran on August 10, according to Iranian state media.

The complex in Iran’s province of North Khorasan was sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department in 2021.
