Ilham Aliyev expresses condolences to Vladimir Putin and Sergei Melikov

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has expressed condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin and head of Dagestan Sergey Melikov in connection with the explosion at a gas station in Makhachkala, which caused numerous casualties.
