New police chief of Stavropol Territory appointed

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has appointed Lieutenant-General
Alexander Oldak as the new Police Chief of Stavropol Territory,
leaving his post as the Police Chief of Altay Region, Yuga.ru reports.
