Iranian Minister of Roads to visit Azerbaijan

The head of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic will arrive in Baku in the coming days. During the visit, the construction of a cargo terminal in Astara and a highway bridge across the Astarachay River will be discussed.
The visit of the Iranian Minister of Roads is expected in Baku on October 6.
It is reported that Mehrdad Bazrpash will hold negotiations with Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev. The trip program also includes a meeting with the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Rashad Nabiyev.
Agenda of the visit
It is planned that at the negotiations, Bazrpash and representatives of the Azerbaijani leadership will discuss:
creation of the Astara cargo terminal, construction of a highway bridge across Astarachay, construction of customs and border infrastructure.
