UN chief says Hamas attacks have reasons

Condemning the attack by Palestinian radicals Hamas on Israeli territory, the UN chief called for remembering that these attacks had a reason.

"It is also important to understand that the Hamas attacks did not happen in a vacuum. The people of Palestine have been subjected to suffocating occupation for 56 years",
