Russia wants negotiations between Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Georgia

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has commented on Abkhaz and South
Ossetian independence, RIA Novosti reports.

Russia is ready to consider a simplified visa regime with Georgia, but
not with President Mikheil Saakashvili.

An air link is operating and the two states may improve relations,
Medvedev said.
