On Thursday, December 28, seismologists registered an earthquake in eastern Türkiye.

According to information, tremors with a magnitude of 4.6 occurred in the province of Malatya.

The hypocenter was located at a depth of 17.3 thousand meters.

There was no information about casualties or destruction.
