Landslide on Georgian Military Road

A landslide occured in Larsi, a vehicle got stuck, no one was injured,
Georgia Online reports.


The Deputy Governor of Mtskhet-Mtianeti, Givi Amirkhanashvili, said
that they had started clearing the damage and traffic would be
restored on the Georgian Military Road in 2 hours.


There was heavy rain for 3 hours. The first landslide happened at
05:00, followed by another one. Power lines had been broken but have
been restored. Only the Kazbegi section remains to be cleared.
