Georgia to render assistance to Office of Georgian Muslims

Georgian State Minister for Reintegration, Eka Tkeshelashvili, is ready to provide all possible assistance to the Office of the Muslims of Georgia (UMG), as she announced today after meeting the Grand Mufti of Muslims of Georgia, Jemal Paksadze and chief Sheikh, Vagif Akafilovym.

In turn, Paksadze and Akafilov expressed satisfaction with cooperation with the Georgian authorities.

Caucasian Muslims Office earlier expressed it dissatisfaction with the separation of Georgian Muslims from the single office.
