Russian society should condemn radical nationalists in order to struggle against the expansion of extremism, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said today while meeting with his Finnish counterpart, ITAR-TASS reports.

"It is very important to establish an atmosphere in society, in which such ideology is not tolerated. Society should condemn radicals," Putin said.

He also blamed the recent act of terror committed in Norway by Andreas Breivik, saying that such terrible crimes are inexcusable.
