USA to boost ties with Georgia

US aid to Georgia is the main principle of bilateral relations. The United States are supporting Georgia and this support includes
financial aid, Georgian Ambassador to the USA Temur Yakobashvili told the Voice of America.

"We successfully cooperate in various fields. The strategic agreement between our two countries is implemented effectively. We've achieved several serious things in the last six months. For instance, we managed to ease the visa regime," the ambassador said.

He also pointed out that the US administration has spent 1 billion dollars in order to support the Georgia's economy.
