Georgia offers assistance to Armenia in elimination of flood consequences
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaGeorgia is ready to assist Armenia in eliminating the consequences of the flood. Georgian Foreign Minister Ilya Darchiashvili stated this in a telephone conversation with his Armenian counterpart.
According to a message released by the Armenian Foreign Ministry, during the conversation the Foreign Ministers talked about issues on the bilateral agenda, including deepening the strategic partnership.
In turn, Ararat Mirzoyan spoke about the consequences of floods in Tavush and Lori, as well as about the work carried out in the disaster zone.
In response, the head of the Georgian Foreign Ministry noted that the republic was ready to help the neighbouring country cope with the consequences of the natural disaster.
