U.S. says it has nothing to do with protests in Georgia

According to the spokesperson, the protests are being held by the republic's people expressing their own views.
"It has nothing to do with the United States; it has to do with the people of Georgia expressing their own views," Matthew Miller said.
In mid-May, the Georgian parliament passed the law "On Transparency of Foreign Influence" in the third reading. Later, Georgian President Salome Zurabichvili vetoed the bill but the parliament overcame it on May 28.
