Employees of the Caucasus Nature Reserve delivered several tons of salt by helicopter for the animals living on its territory. In total, it is planned to disseminate two dozen tons during the season.

For the wild animals that live in the Caucasus Nature Reserve, minerals were delivered by helicopter to remote salt licks. The relevant information appeared on the reserve’s page on the ”VKontakte” social network.

“3 tons of salt rocks were distributed over 14 salt licks, located mainly in the center of the reserve. This is a difficult-to-reach area, where it is simply impossible to deliver cargo except by helicopter,”
