Date set for parliamentary meeting on Pashinyan's impeachment

As stated in the order signed by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, it will take place on June 17. The meeting starts at 18:30 (17:30 Moscow time).
The meeting agenda consists of only one issue. This is the resignation of the government, including Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and the need to form a new cabinet.
The initiators of the meeting are the opposition nationalist factions – "Armenia" and "I Have Honor".
Earlier, it became known that the National Assembly Council refused to schedule an extraordinary meeting until June 17. This was demanded by the opposition and the leader of the street protests, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan.
