Russian cosmetics chain L'Etoile opens in Qatar

The first store of the Russian cosmetics and perfume chain "L'Etoile" began operating in Qatar.

The opening of the store took place in Qatar at the beginning of the summer. The emphasis in the assortment is on niche perfumes and sun protection products. In total, the store offers products from more than 550 global brands.

The retailer considers entering the Middle East market a "logical strategic development" of the business.

The store is located in the Qatari capital, in the City Center Doha Mall. This is the first outlet of the L'Etoile chain in the Middle East. It was previously reported that the retailer had also planned to open outlets in the UAE.

It is also known that another Russian chain, Golden Apple, is eyeing the region.
