Batumi among top three European cities for tourism investment

According to leading European tourism experts, the Georgian city of Batumi is second only to Monaco and Geneva in terms of investment attractiveness. In particular, they noted the ease of doing business for foreigners and the comfortable tax system.
The popular travel website Europe’s Best Destinations published a ranking of European cities that are the most attractive for tourism investment. In third place, after Monaco and Geneva, is the Georgian Black Sea resort of Batumi.

When compiling the rating, EBD experts were guided by a combination of factors, including business legislation and the tax climate for foreign investors, the actual climate in the city throughout the year, the average cost of housing, accessibility of transport and social infrastructure, and environmental factors.
