First International Islamic Business Forum to be held in Russia

According to the government of the Ulyanovsk region, the first International Islamic Business Forum will be held in Ulyanovsk this summer.

"The Ulyanovsk region will host the International Forum of Islamic Business, "Islamic Forum". The event will take place on July 27",

the press service said.

During the forum, it is planned to discuss the development of the Halal industry in Russia. The event will also provide an opportunity to increase cooperation, including trade relations, with countries of the Islamic world.

Representatives of the Middle East countries — the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, OIC countries, Malaysia and others — are invited to the Islamic Forum.

The business forum will include a number of specialized sessions, expert meetings, and a plenary session.
