Explosion occurs in hotel in Armenia

Early in the morning, an explosion occurred at the Ararat Resort hotel complex in Armenia. As a result, one person was injured.

An explosion occurred at the hotel checkpoint at 07.30 a.m. on Sunday. A guard was injured, and glass in the building was broken by the blast wave. The cause of the emergency was a gas leak.

The victim was hospitalized at the National Burn Center in Yerevan. The hotel is currently operating normally, and the consequences of the incident have been eliminated, Sputnik Armenia reports.
