Armenia and Germany discuss financial cooperation

Armenian Finance Minister Vache Gabriyelyan has met German Secretary
of State Jorg Asmussen, Armenia Today reports.


The delegation consists of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW)
executive Nornert Klopenburg, Vice-President of the bank Eva Vitt and
German Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Armenia Hans-Johen Smidt.


The sides discussed realization of Armenian-German financial programs.
Armenia and KfW signed a deal on financing. Expert studies of waste
will be held at Vaynadzor and its outskirts. The document was signed
by Armenian Finance Minister Vache Gabriyelyan, Deputy Minister for
Territorial Administration Vache Terteryan, KfW executive Nornert
Klopenburg and Vice-President of the bank Eva Vitt.


The expert studies will take about 10 months, costing 650,000 euros.
