Armenian central electoral committee's chief promises fair procedure

The head of the Armenian central electoral committee, Garegin Azaryan, promises that the coming presidential and parliamentary elections will be fair and democratic and that the procedure will be transparent.

According to him, the 2012 elections will be much more transparent than any other elections in Armenian history. With the help of modern technologies, the Armenian authorities will provide the citizens with information about the way the elections will proceed, the central electoral committee's chief says.
