Ilham Aliyev presents Dostlug order Sechenov University rector

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree awarding Rector of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University Petr Glybochko the Dostlug Order.

The order was awarded for exceptional merits in strengthening cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia in education.
