Pashinyan: Armenia and France have special relations
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaToday, France marks the 235th anniversary of the storming of the Bastille prison. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent congratulations on this occasion to Emmanuel Macron.

Pashinyan's message says.
Bastille Day has been marked in world history as a day of victory for universal values, human rights and democracy, the statement said. Pashinyan also highly appreciated the relationship established between Paris and Yerevan.
"We highly value the special relations between our two states... The close high-level political dialogue and the dynamically developing cooperation in all spheres testify to the nature and content of those relations, giving the opportunity to outline the ways of developing strategic cooperation between our states.",
Pashinyan said.
The Prime Minister expressed special gratitude to the French leadership for supporting Armenia and reaffirmed the invitation to host the French leader in Armenia on a state visit in September of this year.
Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan took part in the solemn event on the occasion of Bastille Day at the French Embassy. He congratulated the country on the holiday, noted that Armenia and France have built a close political dialogue and strong economic cooperation, and also pointed to the "consistent assistance" of the French side in ensuring the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Armenia.
