Armenian FM outlines benefits of normalising ties with Turkey

Normalising relations with Turkey will have a positive impact on the entire region, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said.

"Armenia continuously undertakes significant efforts towards full normalization, establishing diplomatic relations and opening borders with Türkiye, which, if successful, will have a huge positive impact on the region," Mirzoyan said in New York.

The Armenian FM also stressed that Yerevan is genuinely engaged in concluding the agreement on the establishment of peace and interstate relations with Baku.
