Moscow celebrates National Music Day in Azerbaijan

The celebration of Azerbaijan National Music Day was held today in Moscow. The event was organized in Margarita Rudomino All-Russia State Library for Foreign Literature.

The organizers of the event are the Representative Office of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Russian Federation, the Azerbaijan Cultural Center in Moscow and the Library for Foreign Literature.

The Day of National Music is celebrated in Azerbaijan annually on September 18, on the birthday of the founder of modern professional musical art of Azerbaijan, Uzeyir Hajibeyov.
