Terrorists responsible for blasts in Makhachkala

Sunday's blasts in Makhachkala were the results of a terrorist attack, RIA Novosti cites a source in the Dagestani office of the Investigating Committee as saying.

The Investigating Committee is considering the blasts as an act of terror, the source said.
