St. Petersburg governor offers condolences to Ilham Aliyev over plane crash

Governor of the Russian city of Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov sent a letter of condolences to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in relation to the December 25 crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines jet near Aktau, going from Baku to Grozny, Russia.
