Blast in South Ossetian capital

A vehicle exploded this morning in the capital of South Ossetia,
Tskhinvali, Gazeta.ru reports.

The KGB of the republic said that the blast happened at the junction
of Chkalov Street and Ostayev Street. The blast was caused by an
improvised bomb.

South Ossetia will hold presidential polls on November 13.
