Director of the airport Vitaly Nenashev said that they will modernize
the runway, cargo terminal, business and internal flights. The airport
will have paid parking.
Realization of the project will cost 2 billion rubles. Renovation will
cost another 1.2 billion rubles. By 2011 the airport will have 3 new
air carriers, making a total of 8. Passenger flow will increase
20-fold. Modernization will end in 2025.
