Putin announces restoration of relations with U.S.

A situation regarding relations between Russia and the United States ‘is on the move,’ Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"The situation seems to be on the move. We will see what comes out of it," Putin said.

Earlier, the Russian leader has praised U.S. President Donald Trump for “doing everything” to improve relations between Moscow and Washington.
