Russia recognizes Libya's NTC

Russia recognizes the National Transitional Council of Libya as the
country's legal authority, the Russian Foreign Ministry said today,
RIA Novosti reports.

Russian agreements signed with the former government are still in
force and will be fulfilled, the ministry said.
