Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that he will not restore
relations with Israel unless Tel Aviv apologises, CNN Turk reports.

The two states broke ties after Israel attacked Turkey's Freedom
Flotilla on 31 May 2010. Turkish vessels were heading to Gaza with
humanitarian aid. 9 Turks were killed in the attack.

There were hopes for restoration of ties in December 2010 when Turkey
sent two planes with help for Israel during forest fires that killed
41 people.
