Azerbaijan blames Armenia for lack of constructivism in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement

Determination of status of the Nagorno-Karabakh is a basic of the Madrid principles, but Armenian forces must leave the occupied territories of Azerbaijan to improve the atmosphere in the region, press-secretary of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev said today, Trend reports.
