Iranian President to visit Tajikistan today

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is going to visit Tajikistan later today, RIA Novosti cites the Tajik Foreign Ministry.

Right after arriving in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe, President Ahmadinejad will meet with his Tajik counterpart, Emomali Rakhmon.

The two presidents are expected to sign an agreement on economic cooperation between their countries, including cooperation in the energy industry.
