Freighting drop in Armenia

Armenia registered a 5.7% drop in freighting (excluding pipelines) in
January-July, compared with the same period in 2010, ARKA reports.

The CIS Statistics Committee said that freighting among its members
increased by an average of 11.3%.

Moldova increased freighting by 24%, Kazakhstan – 21.1%, Ukraine –
10.9%, Belarus – 10.6%, Azerbaijan – 7.7%, Tajikistan – 7.3%,
Kyrgyzstan – 6.9% and Russia – 5.2%.

There is no data on Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
