New traffic police chief appointed in Armenia

Armenian Police Chief Alik Sargsyan has appointed Colonel Arsen
Galstyan as Traffic Police Chief, News Armenia reports.

Galstyan will replace Markar Oganyan. The latter was accused of abuse
of office and the misappropriation of funds. Oganyan has been
arrested.
