Medvedev appoints border guards of Black and Azov Seas

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has appointed General-Major Yuri
Zviryk as the head of the coastal border guards of the Black and Azov
Seas, Yuga.ru reports.

Fedor Cherednichenko, who supervises the service, has become a deputy
of the border guards of the Southern Regional Directorate of the FSB.
