Life expectancy increases in Azerbaijan

Life expectancy in Azerbaijan has increased in the last few years,
1news.az cites Deputy Healthcare Minister Elsever Agayev as saying at
a press-conference for the 61st session of the European Regional
Committee that will be held in Baku on September 12-15.

The average life expectancy of women in Azerbaijan is 73 years, men -
68 years. The life expectancy is influenced by health, food, climate
and ecology.
